A representative from the Admission and Registration
Department as well as a patient liaison will coordinate with
your physician to admit you to the hospital. We recommend
that you examine the coverage provided by your health
insurance carrier and that you know whether you've met all
the necessary terms.
If you belong to a foreign or international HMO, be sure your
primary provider is aware of your planned hospitalization and
is prepared to submit a referral to authorize your admission.
Though your insurance company will be notified by us of the
day and time of your anticipated admission to assure that
adequate information is provided to them for authorization and payment, reimbursement for the cost of
your medial bill should be sought through your primary provider.
During your hospital stay, financial counselors are available though our Patient Relations Department to
discuss any concerns you or your family may have regarding your insurance plan or other financial
issues related to your care.
During your Stay
PATIENT LIAISONS
Patient relations liaisons for international patients are available to assist in interpreting any question or
problems you might have during your stay.
You may reach the Patient Relations Office between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 011-417-8355
If immediate assistance is necessary,
please contact the hospital's Nursing Director at 032-670-0001 ext. 129.
